Mind you I've only ripped a handful of those multi-whatsit discs using AnyDVD but I didn't seem to have any problems doing so.

I may give that one a try sometime.Have you tried AnyDVD HD? I'd be curious to see if it makes the same choices as DVDFab. I do have another stand alone copy of this movie (just not with me at the moment) that I purchased on accident. This is the only one in the collection giving me an issue.
